This quote means that just because you keep screwing up does not mean you can not succeed. This applies to me because i am a three sport athlete and you can not just give up. You have to keep trying until you get it right. It reminds people to keep working no matter how hard it gets.

 Today, i am going to go off topic and will be blogging about my favorite dessert. My favorite dessert is worms and dirt. It is a very simple and easy dessert to make. It takes no cooking skill and is a easy and fast dessert for last minute thoughts. Here is the recipe for worms and dirt. I hope you try it out and enjoy it.

 

 

Dirt Pudding Cups With Gummy Worms Recipe

Serves: 8 cups

Ingredients

• 1 15-ounce package chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)
• 1 3.9-ounce package chocolate instant pudding
• 2 cups cold milk
• 8 ounces whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
• 24 gummy worms

Instructions

1. The first order of business when making “worms in dirt” is, of course, to make the dirt.
2. Place the chocolate sandwich cookies in a large zip-top plastic bag, and use a rolling pin to crush them into small pieces. Don’t worry about removing the cream filling before putting the cookies in the bag–at first they will clump together, but as you continue to crush them, the cream will blend with the cookies and you won’t even notice it.
3. Continue to crush the cookies in the bag until they are in fine crumbs. A few larger pieces are okay, too–after all, dirt comes in different sizes!
4. Next, make the pudding. Pour the dry pudding mix into a large bowl, then add the cold milk. Whisk everything together until all of the dry pudding dissolves and it’s smooth and free of lumps.
5. Let the pudding sit for about 5 minutes, until it thickens and is no longer liquid. If it has the delightfully gloppy texture of pudding, you’re ready to go on.
6. Add the whipped topping and approximately half of the cookie crumbs. You don’t have to measure, just eyeball half the bag and pour it in.
7. Gently stir everything together until the streaks of whipped topping disappear, and the cookies are well-mixed into the pudding.
8. Divide the pudding mixture evenly between eight cups–each should hold a little over ½-cup of pudding. You can fill them however you’d like–I prefer to use a large ice cream scoop because I think it’s a little neater and faster that way.
9. Tap the cups on the countertop a few times to level the pudding, then insert 3 gummy worms into the pudding and press them down a little so that they’re embedded.
10. Pour the cookie crumbs over the pudding and gummy worms so that the entire top is covered with “dirt.” Smooth it into an even layer with your hands.

Money Post

If you went on a trip to the Bahamas for a week, you would have to spend $657 for a plane ticket, with one stop. You would also have to spend $835 on a three star hotel, for 7 nights.You would have to spend around $100 on a car to use for the week, but you would also have to add gas prices to that. Food gets pretty spendy, so it would be so much easier to go to the grocery store when you get there, and buy food for the whole week, instead of eating out every time and wasting ten times more money.

 I am doing my profile on Lucia Griggi. She is famous for surfing. She was born and raised in England, she moved to California in 2010. She is single and lives alone. She has surfed on almost all of the surf destinations in the world. The craziest thing she has ever done was go surfing while she saw a shark. People would be impressed by how many times she has gone out surfing, and how many different places she has gone just to surf. She relates to my blog because she traveled around the world to surf and take pictures of people surfing.

Fun event

I am writing about China's Harbin Ice and Snow Show. The show takes place in Harbin, China. It takes place on a different day every year. Itnormally starts in December and ends in February. It happens every year, once a year. The festival is featured by grand opening ceremony, fireworks display and a series of theatrical performances, ice snow activities in Sun Island, Ice and Snow Amusement World, Zhaolin Park and more venues around ice city Harbin. Ice and Snow World is an area open at night which features illuminated full size buildings made from blocks of 2–3' thick ice taken directly from the Songhua River. At first China celebrated it then Harbin took over. The temperature in Harbin reaches forty below zero, both Fahrenheit and centigrade, and stays below freezing nearly half the year. ... Rather than suffer the cold, the residents of Harbin celebrate it, with an annual festival of snow and ice sculptures and competitions. 

I think it is super cool that they celebrate how cold it is there, instead of having a boring winter. I definitely would recommend that you go travel and see the ice and snow show! It looks super cool and would be amazing in person.
